Original Toronto Star caption: Testing the texture of his massive bronze work, The Archer, is sculptor Henry Moore who saw it on its City Hall site for the first time yesterday. With him are former mayor Phil Givens and gallery owner Blair Laing. I'm pleasantly surprised that it fits, Moore said. I thought it was too close to the buliding . . . but it sin't. His only complaint was with four gratings which distrub the view.
