Original Toronto Star caption: From the diary of Anne Frank, a new composition by Toronto composer Oskar Morawetz (left), will be performed on Tuesday as part of a program of Canadian music at the Edward Johnson Building. It contains a song, to be performed by soprano Lois Marshall, using words from the famous diary of the Dutch girl murdered by the Nazis. Picture of Anne Frank at right belongs to Victor Kugler, who hid Anne's family in Amsterdam before they were captured. He now lives in Toronto and will attend Tuesday's performance.
