Original Toronto Star caption: Pro-life challenge: More than 3,000 pickets from across Ontario marched on Dr. Henry Morgentaler's Harbord St. abortion clinic yesterday to cap a four-day series of church-sanctioned protests. The demonstration was mostly peaceful until six people sat down in the middle of the street and refused police orders to move. They were charged and allowed to return to the picket lines. A clinic spokesmen said abortions were performed as usual despite the march.
