Original Toronto Star caption: Union President Leonard Moynehan has won for Toronto Transit Commission workers an offer of a 19.25 per cent increase over two years, taking the 3,000 drivers from $4.20 an hour to $5 by June, 1974, and averting a transit strike scheduled for tommorrow. The union also won improvements in the pension plan.
