Original Toronto Star caption: The sign of a winner: Mrs. Norman Mountain admires one of the signs erected at each entrance to Cheltenham, a villge 15 miles northwest of Brampton, which helped it win improvement competition sponsored by Peel County Women's Institutes. Caledon area will be scene of world plowing matches next month.
