Mississauga Mayor Charles Murray receives a plaque from Mariam Hart linking the new city of Mississauga, to come into being Jan. 1, with Craig Avon, a new city in Northern Ireland with a population of 7,000. Miss Hart is visiting Mississauga. She is a member of Craig Avon's citizen's council.
