Original Toronto Star caption: Security on Parliament Hill during U.S. President Richard Nixon's speech was tightened when a man tried to enter the Parliament Buildings. There were about 200 persons on the Hill--spectators, reporters and demonstrators--and automobile taffic was diverted. A youth who tried to walk through police lines and was pushed back charged, My rights as a Canadian citizen are being violated by you refusing to let me go into Parliament. About 25 youths waved flags and shouted Nixon go home and Assassin at Nixon as he left the Centre Block.
