Original Toronto Star caption: Pert and Witty Helen O'Connell and ever-smiling Bob Eberly did their best to bring back good memories of the big band days in two Bandshell concerts at the CNE over the weekend. Unfortunately, the sound system seemed to be of the same vintage as the songs, according to Star staff writer Peter Goddard's review, and their duets were difficult to hear. Miss O'Connell's ability did pay off.
