Original Toronto Star caption: CREDIT RIVER RINK OPENS - A tractor with a brush cleans off the mile-long Credit River skating rink which for the past two years has drawn as many as 10,000 skaters on a weekend. Toronto township recreation officials declared the rink safe and open to the public yesterday. It has floodlights for skating at night.
