Born in Toronto, Wieland has lived and worked in New York, Europe and Israel as a filmaker amd visual artist. A force to be reckoned with herself, Wieland was the subject of a major retrospective at the Art Gallery of Ontario earlier this year, and has just completed a mural for the newly renovated Pantages Theatre.
