Scadding Court construction is underway, with workmen having the best view of the CN tower, this side of Queen's Quay. Scadding, a recreation project, will provide facilities for the community in the C. R. Sanderson neighbourhood. The project is jointly funded by City Hall (Parks & Recreation), the School Board, and the Library Board and the new building will be joined to Sanderson Library on the south side with access to the library building by a door from the recreational complex.
