Original Toronto Star caption: An olympiad for the handicapped was first suggested 30 years ago by Sir Ludwig Guttman (right), and yesterday he visited the site of the 1976 olympiad, being built in Etobicoke's Centennial Park. Architect Bob Becksted is with him.
