Original Toronto Star caption: Luxury Closed-In Pool on the property of industrialist Charles Rathgeb's Teddington Park home is examined by a workman after it developed into the centre of a legal battle. A writ has been issued charging Rathgeb's pool and solarium violate local building laws by being set too close to the street. The writ was filed by a neighbor who demand that the structure be demolished. Rathgeb says he will fight.
