Original Toronto Star caption: Mrs. George Stephenson, 87-year-old Willowdale woman holds a print of G.A. Reid's painting 'Foreclosure of the Mortgage' for which she was one of the models in 1983. Mrs. Stephenson is the young girl sitting in front of the window in the picture. The painting was found in a Queen's Park attic recently and is said to be worth $15,000. Then Alice Dixon, she was paid 10 cents an hour to pose.
