Billy Casper won the $35,000 first prize after a dramatic one-hole playoff with Al Geiberger in the Carling World Gold Championship at Board of Trade yesterday, but 116-pound Chi Chi Rodriguez stole the show for comedy. Puerto Rican Rodriguez, who measures 5 feet, 6 inches, summoned his 6-foot-5-ins. 155-pound caddy, Ian Williams, to carry him across the Humber River (above) so he could play a shot from the wrong bank on the 15th hole. It worked. Chi Chi had a birdie 3.
