Ross, lieutenant-governor of Ontario, with Mrs. Ross (RIGHT), and Miss Susan Ross, his daughter (LEFT), as they appeared at the opening ceremonies of the 18th legislature at Queen's Park yesterday, when the lieutenant-governor, acting as the King's representative, officially opened parliament. Mrs. Ross is wearing the beautiful gown which she wore when presented at the Court of St. James, London.
