Ten pounds of poultry or a $2 bill qualifies one for a ticket for this animal that has a pedigree originating in Scotland many generations ago. The Dufferin-Simcoe poultry production plan, sponsored by Mr. Rowe and his committee, promises to be a great success because everyone in the riding is co-operating.
