Original Toronto Star caption: Tudor styling is the most apparent feature of Bradbrook Square, a condominium townhouse project on Bradbrook Rd., off Islington Ave. north of The Queensway. The houses are built in Old English fashion on a cul-de-sac, but with many modern, high quality materials and techniques. Buildings are solid masonry with no brick veneer. Front doors are metal-clad, polyurethane-filled. Prices of remaining houses are $59,500 with a minimum down payment of $19,500. Mortgage interest rate is 9 per cent.
