Moreland, new United States consul in Toronto, found one of his first duties a pleasant one, cutting the cake at the 49th birthday party of the American Women's Club of Toronto. Mrs. W. F. Bebell, left, president of the club, and Mrs. Moreland, right, gave the consul some help. Party was in ballroom of King Edward.
