Scott Craigie. To laymen they're known as window dressers. But aesthete Scott Craigie calls himself a display manager. As the man in charge of windows and in - store displays for exclusive Hazelton Lanes, Craigie creates ever-changing window fantasies for a dozen boutiques. It has to be widened, says Metro traffic commissioner Sam Cass of the Don Valley Parkway as he stands on footbridge crossing it at Riverdale Zoo. Planners estimate it will cost $15 million to widen parkway an extra two lanes, and it's not the right solution adds Cass. In addition, two other street widening programs will cost another $9 million. Cass blames halting of the Spadina Expressway.
