Thousands of prisoners who died at the Bergen Belsen concentration camp during World War II weren't deliberately starved to death but died from a rash of diseases, according to a psychiatrist who was there in 1945. Russell William Barton, 61, of Rochester, N.Y., said that when he entered the camp on May 2, 1945, he had heard and believed that prisoners were deliberately starved to death by the Nazis.

Coltman says he has received no settlement yet for his expropriated property on Balfour Ave. and believes under this condition he can claim new rights under recent provincial expropriation legislation. Before entering annual meeting of Traders Group, company chairman Henry Dynes gets a carnation for his lapel from employee Dorothy Tustin. Dynes received prolonged applause from shareholders when he said: Be we Liberal, Conservative or NDP, we and our elected representatives must endorse one position - that of a united Canada. He advocated non-partisan committee to work toward unity.
