Kidney specialist Dr. Paul Tam vowed to bring a $1 million kidney dialysis unit to Scarborough after Gary Belz died of a heart attack due to kidney failure more than two years ago. He died of kidney and liver failure in Wellesley Hospital Friday. The United States-born insurance salesman spent most of his life trying to convince parents to stop telling children that Santa Claus is coming to town. [Incomplete]
