Sidney B. Linden (above) and Clayton Ruby, are two Toronto defence lawyers who have proposed revisions which would drastically streamline Metro's over-loaded provincial courts system, but would not involve revising the law. Linden says present system is not capable of working, no matter how hard courts work.
