Rear Admiral of the White, and Commander in Chief, &c. &c. dated the 16th day of May instant, to try Isaac Coffin, Esq. Captain of his Majesty's ship the Thisbe, on a charge exhibited against him by Mr. Tho. Huchenson Wynter, master of the said ship, for false musters in several instances on the said ship's books.
