Lot 12, Con. 5 West. Weston Rd - 2867. House at 2867 Weston Rd, east side north of Albion Rd. Built by James Lever, who settled the lot in 1833. Lever owned a saw mill along Black Creek, and was responsible for the construction of a small log church in Weston (approximately 1821). James Griffith owned the house by 1878. The house no longer stands.
