Authorship attribution and approximate date of issue from Osborne catalogue, cited below. Published not later than 1725, Plomer, H.R., Dictionary 1618-1725 states Midwinter was active from 1710-1725. Contents list on t.p. omits ''The fair indifferent; or The hobgoblin prince and Furibon. Page numbers 13 and 16 reversed. Signatures: A-F12. (From t.p.) I.
