Original Toronto Star caption: Veterans Remember Comrades who died. A color guard from the Earlscourt Legion marches to the veterans' section of Prospect Cemetery today to pay tribute to those who died in three conflicts. Toronto Mayor David Crombie laid a wreath; two minutes of silence ended with a volley of rifle fire. Crombie and Metro Chairman Paul Godfrey laid a wreath at the Cenotaph in front of the old city hall at 11 a.m. when peace was declared Nov. 11; 1918.
