Original Toronto Star caption: Runneth over: Peter McDonald Fletcher; a few days from his 17th birthday; pours champagne into a mug given him by the defunct Toronto World newspaper when he was born Feb. 29; 1916. Although he's only had 16 official birthdays; Fletcher says his mother would help him celebrate non-Leap Year birthdays on Feb. 28 and March 1.
