Original Toronto Star caption: The Complaints Frank Tucker makes about the Buttonville airport are directed at pleasure craft; he concedes the importance of the airport as a community service. He's the most vocal of those who oppose runway extension there; Richmond Hill and Markham Councils also opposed the extension but the Ontario Municipal Board approved it and the issue is now being considered by the provincial cabinet.
