Original Toronto Star caption: Flying their very own plane is the life ambition of many people; but few actually build their own. Patricia Jones; here in the cockpit of her Pietenpol Air Camper; which she flies from the Markham airport; is taking a course along with 15 others at Humber College on how to build your own light aircraft. She is now repairing a wing of her plane. The cost of building a light plane at home can range from $4;000 to about $8;000. About 50 people in the Metro area now are building planes at their homes.
