A private investigation firm set up this sign hoping for a response from witnesses to an accident in which a man was seriously injured by a car while crossing Yonge St. at The Esplanade a month ago. A crucial factor in the accident was the placing of signs diverting traffic around a broken watermain; investigator Bruce Cameron said.
