A star of television detective series Baretta; an 8-year-old cockatoo named Fred; was big hit yesterday as it performed in a special afternoon show for patients at Hospital for Sick Children on University Ave. Fred was handled by its trainer; Bob Greenwood. Also on hand to entertain youngsters was puppeteer Carl Garray with a gorilla; the dancing mouse Chrystal Ferguson; and other characters.
