Original Toronto Star caption: The family of Steve Loon (right; background) near Kenora is unconcerned about mercury poisoning. Most of the Loons' meat supply comes from hunting; and they said they have plenty. His son; Herman; 20; holds a young bald eagle - which still has its head feathers - called Mi-Ki-Si. Loon said the eagles; which eat fish; now are rare. Commercial fishing has been banned in the English River-Wabigoon River system because of the high level of mercury.
