Humane Society inspector Wilf Patey has been feeding the ducks and Canada geese along the Toronto waterfront each winter as part of his job - and he says he'll continue to do it on his own if the society carries out its plans to end the feeding program. A biologist says feeding makes the birds abandon their instinct to migrate south for the winter.
