Grandmother of 30 is congratulated by Judge Isa Scotti and RCMP Constable James Jestadt. She wanted to be a Canadian before she died; said her son; Cam Milani of Woodbridge: But she kept saying; 'Never mind; I've got lots of time; I'm going to live to be 110.'
