Original Toronto Star caption: The Quebec view is given a group of newspaper editors and writers attending the Ontario-Quebec Newspaper Editors' Seminar at the Royal York by Premier Jean Lesage. He told them he considered the time far from ripe for a new Canadian constitution because Quebec and the rest of Canada don't know enough about each other. Lesage called for a marriage of minds between the two sections.
