Original Toronto Star caption: The fans lined up: Thousands who wanted tickets to see Bruce Springsteen; shown in inset at his CNE concert last summer; had to line up at Exhibition Stadium while thousands of tickets were set aside for politicians and businessmen by the Ex board of governors. It is seen by some critics as a private club; a tight clique of men trying to run a public institution like a private business.
