Original Toronto Star caption: Island jam: More than 35;000 people went to the Islands Sunday and it was anything but fun returning as thousands lined up for as much as three hours waiting for a ride back to the mainland. There was a lineup of 7;000 people waiting on Centre Island at 10 p.m. Service; which normally closes at midnight; kept going until 1.30 a.m. to evacuate all the stranded picnickers.
