More than 1;000 election signs set on Scarborough and Metro road allowances; contrary to bylaw; have been put in the Ellesmere Rd. works yard; and George Grant was unloading more yesterday. Signs removed from Scarborough roads can be retrieved for $25 each; plus $2 a day for storage. Those found on Metro roads can be picked up for noting providing proper identification is supplied.
