Original Toronto Star caption: Fruits and vegetables; fresh from the farms of Southern Ontario; attract many of the 10;000 buyers who travel to the Stouffville market each week. Recently; a seller brought a struckload of fish from Truro; N.S.; to offer to the shoppers. A livestock auction is another feature. The market started 25 years ago and the flea market section sprang up about seven years ago; growing out of the auction of house-hold goods the farmers held as part of the market.
