Original Toronto Star caption: Final tally: Barry Davidson; manager of the Daily Bread food bank's warehouse on Pacific Ave.; may look like he's cleaning up after a big party; but he's taking inventory of the 844;708 pounds of food collected in the Share Thanksgiving food drive. The food is kept in empty beer cases donated by a carton manufacturer. Organizers are overwhelmed with the generosity of Metro residents; but concerned that there are so many people going hungry in an affluent city.
