Original Toronto Star caption: A Platinum Fox displays his fine fur. Brantford; Aug. 30-The little foxes are at it again; but it is slightly different. Once there was a fox rush; like a gold rush. They ran gold mines a close second among small speculators. But the bubble had burst. It cost so much to stock a fair-sized fox farm ($50;000 was about average) and the gamble was so great it wasn't worth it. Today it's platinum foxes. The most fashionably dressed women in North America are clamoring for them. The platinum fox which reached Canada via Norway; will be hanging from the soft shoulders of the select. [Incomplete]
