Original Toronto Star caption: One-storey nursing home stretching behind John Fedyna is the first part of a four-stage retirement complex he is building on 16 acres in Richmond Hill. There are 100 residents in the nursing home in which the beds are subsidized through the provincial extended care program. The second stage; a residence which offers hotel-type accomodation to retired and elderly people who don't need nursing care will be opening next month.
