Original Toronto Star caption: There's profitin in a can of worms. Picking worms; as Maria Cocho is doing in Mississauga field near Matlon; is a tedious; back-breaking job-but there's money in it. Even with interference from inquistive cows; Mrs. Cocho says; she can pick from 3;000 to 5;000 worms within three hours at night; and she's paid $14 a thousand for them. The only equipment she needs us a miner's light on her head and cans on her legs for the big worms.
