Original Toronto Star caption: A barn-raising in miniature; Three months ago; in his workshop north of Uxbridge; Clarence Brown started this model-at a scale of one inch to one foot-of a 40-by-60-foot barn. Style is typical of those build in 1920s; but Brown said they would be too expensive to build today with the price of lumber. He started building barns in 1928 and estimates he's done nearly 30. Model was same-construction methods; without spikes or nails. Brown's giving the model to the Uxbridge-Scott Historical Society.
