John Chinaman's bamboo tree. Dedication signed: Edith L. Allen and Clement F.R. Allen and dated from [British Consulate] Pahhoi, June 2nd, 1886. Most leaves printed on one side only but paginated continuously. The British Library attributes the verses to Clement F.R. Allen.
