Original Toronto Star caption: Spill scene: A transport truck; right; which leaked toxic PCBs over a 240-kilometre (150-mile) section of the Trans-Canada Highway in northern Ontario; remains parked behind a Kenora truckstop with four scrap electrical transformers on its flatbed trailer. The truck; owned by the Kinetic Ecological Group of Alberta; has been there since Saturday afternoon when the driver discovered that oil containing PCBs had been leaking from one of the transformers.
