They are Bill Johnson of Milton; defeated New Democratic Party candidate in Halton-Burlington; Betty Fisher and Christine Louth of Halton Hills; and Lillian Kilpatrick of Oakville. Board chairman Judy Alexander happened to pass by and listened to charges the board is top-heavy with administrators.
