Original Toronto Star caption: Costumed demonstrators wearing simulated prison uniforms stand in forefront of placard-carrying group waiting outside nuclear power station in Pickering for the arrival of visiting Soviet premier Alexei Kosygin today. They were protesting Soviet barriers against Jews wishing to emigrate to Israel. Kosygin made the trip to the plant in a bullet-proof limousine; protected by heavy security measures.
