On the beach

This post-apocalyptic novel is set in 1963, after the Cold War has ended in a nuclear World War III. All life in the Northern Hemisphere has been destroyed. The citizens of Australia adapt to their new normal as radioactive contamination drifts south, slowly ending the remaining human life on Earth.
